There is a shared washroom, toilet, and bath in the plenium dormitory room.
You can also use the 2nd floor shower booth, 3rd floor kitchen, refrigerator, shared lounge, and work space.
Each room and the entire inn can be reserved for private use.
Please contact us in advance if you would like to reserve the space.
* ¥ 550 will be added per night during the busy season.
* For reservations of 2 months or more, the additional charge during the busy season is exempted

* Medium- to long-term stay fees are monthly subscription fees.
Mid- to long-term stay fee: ¥66,000
(Discounts available when booking over 12 nights in the same bed)
*Additional charges will apply for reservations made during peak seasons.
Additional fee: ¥11,000 (Busy season: Golden Week/Summer vacation/New Year holidays)
*If you sign a contract for a period of 6 months or more, additional charges will be waived.

＊ Long-term use is limited to people in their teens to 40s.
*If you disturb other guests and don't keep the room clean, even during your stay the staff may decide to ask you to leave the building.
* Others,You can't stay our hotel If you do not agree to the "Rules of our facility".
*Our hotel does not have a washing machine as we do not have a place to dry clothes. We ask that you use the coin laundry.
*Mid- to long-term stay fees include utility costs and communication costs.
*Medium- to long-term stay fees do not include consumables costs, cleaning costs, etc.Please prepare your own consumables.
*You will be responsible for regularly cleaning your room, bathroom, toilet, etc. and throwing out trash to keep it in a clean condition.Yoplease
